💳 Payment Policy
To lock in your spot on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Your project will not begin until the confirmed start date, no matter when the deposit is paid.
- Example: You pay your deposit on March 1, but your start date is March 5 — work starts March 5. Period.
This deposit reserves your time and prevents others from booking your slot.
Partial refunds may be considered (at my discretion) based on how much work has already been completed.

Most services come with up to 3 free revisions, but it varies depending on the service.
Your exact revision count will be listed in your contract.
Need more than 3 rounds? Additional edits = additional fees.

🗂️ Submitting Revisions:
- All revisions must be submitted via the Revision Request Form (will be sent a link to this form along with your proofs)
- You have 3 days from the time you receive your proof to submit changes
- No revisions submitted within 3 days = final delivery
- Revisions after that final approval are subject to extra charges

Turnaround time depends on what you’re booking and my current availability.
To help me manage projects smoothly, you'll be asked to select a preferred start date when booking. That date is not guaranteed until I confirm it via message.
Your specific turnaround-time will be provided in your contract, which will be sent after you've submitted your inquiry.
